Looking in High Tech though... Stun Baton is HT-3(0.5) aff [2] [2] On a failed HT roll, victim is stunned for as long as weapon is in con- tact plus (20 - HT) seconds longer, and can then roll vs. HT-3 to recover. So looking like errata to me
