The odd bird: High Manual Dexterity

HMD is really an odd bird because it's somewhere between a Talent and a Wildcard skill. Like a Talent, it gives skill bonuses. Like a Wildcard skill, it is situational rather than tied to a skill - use the right Influence skill on your GM and you can use it for Surgery (cataract removal), Jewelry (really fine engraving) and Erotic Arts (I'll leave that to your imagination).

So HMD is something as unusual as a Wildcard Talent - you could just as easily call it Fingers! But could there be other ones? A bonus to skills used to Influence someone, regardless of what actual skill is used? Or maybe something else - I can't think of anything right now but I'm sure there's someone out there with more imagination.
