Still no downloads

I still have no access to any downloads in the Shopify store. Now that the change has occurred, I can no longer update GCA as I cannot search for it in my account.

This does not solve your problem, but if you bought on the old store, you can still download from the old store. Your Downloads page is still available for use on the Account menu in the old store page.

Aha! I did not notice that. Thank you for that advice. I can still download from there.

I want to add that the archive is showing a warning message about 'missing files' the last batch of PDFs updated due to the alignment to POD has made those PDFs no longer downloadable from the Old Store Archive but they are not yet updated in the new store account.

I also have a download problem.
I can download the PDFs I've bought and I can download the GCA4 Editor.
But I can't download the GCA5 Editor.

I get:

Still a major problem. Archive.warehouse23.com only has GCA 5.209 available.

This Shopify experiment is a failure.

I was able to page through my Warehouse 23 purchases to find my GCA purchase and download it manually.

I will be honest, I genuinely don't want to buy things from Warehouse 23 anymore because of how awful Shopify has been.

At this point, I am done purchasing SJGames* items on W23, until this mess is fixed.

This is not a minor threat. I have purchased every GURPS 4E product, a lot, if not most, of GURPS 3E, a lot of Car Wars, OGRE, Fantasy Trip, Munchkin, as well as various other bits and bobs.

* There is a minor publisher I will still purchase from, using PayPal, I will not penalize them for trusting SJGames sterling, until now, reputation.

I can provide no updates on the general issue, as that's way out of my lane. If files are missing, you need to email help@sjgames.com to let them know, or use the Ticket system at the new store.

However, if you originally bought on the old store, you should once again (thanks Steven and SJGames) be able to get the updated GCA5 on the OLD store. I put some guidance here..

Tip: Remember that the old store login is a username, not an email address. Hopefully you still have your password for the old store as well.

I've noticed this as well for Action 1 and 2 in my archive ... inaccessible in the old store, not yet added to the new.
