"Survivors" fits very well with the previous hints for MH4.

Mmhm... Why do you think so? The fact that they are all coming out in quick succession suggests (to me) the possibility of a titular segue.

I realize that it's just a game, so there isn't a reason to take any of the guesses seriously.

It's a genre worked example in the vein of Action! or Dungeon Fantasy. It is not a specific setting. There ought to be no internal chronology to be reflected in the titles. The first book will have character Templates, abilities, equipment and so on. The second book will be "how to run it". The third book is probably antagonists, though it might be the PC "monsters" book, could be both. The third is probably about specific setting adjustments.
