It's a reality, though. For GURPS to climb onto the 2011 priorities we will need to see a major increase in GURPS sales . . . print and PDF. So this is an opportunity for GURPS fans to get out there and spread GURPS to new gaming groups and players.

Or they might be talking directly to people they know and would like to hire rather than publicly posting the particular slots they're hiring for. I don't recall RPK's job being advertised, and yet there he is.

The statement in the Overview is that the company is "recruiting for more" - which does not necessarily mean public job postings.
