Pyramid Renewal email?

I was just poking around W23 and noticed that my Pyramid subscription has zero issues left on it. I used to get an email reminder to re-subscribe. Does W23 no longer do that? Or is there a delay between the final issue (which I got yesterday) and the notification?

When you resubscribe, check that you actually get the new issues added to your account.
I got hit with a bug when I resubscribed two weeks ago, that I only discovered yesterday with the latest Pyramid release. It gave me 0 new issues on a year's subscription. (The tech people know about my problem and are going to be looking into it after the weekend.)

Paulon, thanks for the heads up. I've renewed and also see the zero issues remaining counter. I guess it was a good thing that I was looking around for ways to boost the Arenas Box Kickstarter.

When you are on the last issue, the email that contains the download link should boldly state 'WARNING! This is your final issue!'

This report of '0 new issues on a year's subscription' should now be resolved for anyone who subscribed recently and experienced it (it only seemed to affect a small percentage of recent subscribers).

If any new subscribers experience further subscription issues please contact us ASAP at info@sjgames.com with your order number and login name.
