Default Cadillac-Gage V-150

I'm thinking of doing a GURPS Morrow Project game when I get settled in after my move. Has anyone worked up stats for the V-150 armored car?

Somewhere in my notes is the basic model, also the XR311. I might have a turret variant too. I'll go look, Are you doing Recon or MARS?, I'd be interested in the templates. Update: all I can find is the construction notes, I'll redo it. I believe I used the fusion plant in Pyramid.

It's for 3e, but I think there is a one-page write-up in GURPS SWAT.

You can always shift the vehicle stats to something similar - there is no need to match things exactly, perhaps the project made a few improvements!

I have a PYR article on the V-100 and V-150 in the works that will cover it in considerable detail! No promise when I can finish it, though -- and whether Steven accepts it and publishes it ;)

Cheers

Probably Recon. I haven't really done much work on it yet, since I am in the middle of moving. My original idea was to run Desert Search / American Outback / Prime Base as a campaign arc, but I'll probably first run Liberation at Riverton as a test game to see how well things work.

I would recommend Bullets and Bluegrass - of all the modules produced, it is the only one where the "waking sequence" really drives the game. From there it is pretty straightforward to convince the players to try and find Prime Base, with the remaining modules being interposed along the way.

Default "Bullets & Bluegrass" --

Fun, but less credible than usual.

[Warning -- spoilers]

Building major & complex weapons' systems is probably beyond the likelihood.

If I ran such a scenario I'd limit the other sides stuff to that c. 1918 or so. Even so I might be too generous.

I don't think it is any less credible than the rest of the game - most of their tech is not much beyond WWII, and with a protected manufacturing system, full knowledge, raided Morrow teams, and a century and a half to work with, I don't think it goes too far by half. If anything, I would say the Free State was fer behind where it COULD have been.

Besides, from a narrative standpoint, pushing them too far back puts the onus of opposition on sheer numbers, and there is little satisfaction in having a Morrow Team kill off a thousand soldiers hoping to overwhelm their vastly superior technology with sheer numbers.

The upper half of this page has "real world" stats on the V150 till you could plotz.

http://asmrb.pbworks.com/w/page/4798...Specifications

It's part of our wiki for a (cough) CoC-based Morrow Project campaign. The "Further Development by the Project" section varies a bit from canonical MP info.
