I don't say this often. But Fortunately, I Saw This Coming by PK is f*cking BRILLIANT. It fills a hole in a ton of my games. It'll see immediate use. The other articles look great but that one is just amazing. Simple and easy to use.

Glad you liked it! I think Roger's article and mine nicely dovetail, in the form of providing the GM with options. In a campaign that focuses heavily on advance planning, his rules allow for similar retroactive coincidences if you planned well enough -- where my rules may represent a form of "planning," but are a little more "flying by the seat of your pants" style.

(For those who've seen the preview: Foresight isn't just a new advantage -- the rest of the article describes how to use it even if you haven't purchased it.)

I like the idea of Foresight, but my favorite thing about this issue has to be that I now know how to built Hit-Girl (from the Kick-Ass comics and film): An Ultimate Action Hero/Kid with the Armed Melee and Firearms skill packages.

For what it's worth, if you find multiple articles in an issue that are in the running for "favorite," I don't consider that to be a bad thing. :-)

I liked most of it.
One thing that stuck out though that may get overlooked is the variant Action settings. Some of us have been talking about the need for other setting books or lines. The "Extended Action" article shows how Western or Space Opera could easily be an Action supplement and work pretty well without a whole genre book like Space, Fantasy or Horror.
The JoT advantage is pretty good too and should be in a traveler supplement.
I liked most of the articles, though personally have no need for the caddy in the near future.
