In the same issue, there's "Fortunately, I Saw This Coming" by Jason "PK" Levine, which applies a different approach to the same core idea.

Actually this idea can also be used with Impulse Control in the latest issue if Pyramid.
Just add Aspected for basic planning, more modifiers if you have other requirements.

...PK just nails it. I've been using this for super-geniuses in Aeon and it simply works perfect or near-perfect.
