I have learned so much from the Cartographers Guild about that, it's not funny any more.

You don't tell minotaurs with axes that you'll "fix" them :-)

You can see him. The new lightning IMHO also really improved the sash/belt (all the clothing, but somehow the effect on the sash stands out for me). And defined shadows!

The axe is now a real thing. I still dig the pose, especially the right hand.

Good work. What do you plan for the background?

That's an impressively polished axe handle there; tools that are actually in use don't retain that sort of visible color and grain for very long. The old color was too gray, but that one looks like it's intended for being mounted on a mantelpiece. I like the lighting on the minotaur much better, though.

After the original image went all pear-shaped, I couldn't get the image to render again. Now, with the release of Reality 1.2, I figured I'd try Aurora again.

It's been 23.5 hours in the engine, so I'll leave it another couple of days.

Not bad! I like that play of rainbow light (circuitry? reflection? both?); it adds a little extra interest.

Here's the final version of Aurora. So much better than the pear-shaped version.

I was working on updating Rose Westin. After six hours in the engine, I discovered that I screwed up the top of her lightsabers. Curses. Quick fix, and now many more hours to wait. (And, yes, I really like those shoes.)

Hmm, as the Forum Pervert, can we even consider this as a rendering error? ;-)
