I've sent an email about this, but I thought I would post here also as I think Warehouse 23 is actually out until after the first of the new year. Maybe someone has encountered this before and can tell me how they handled it.

I was recently placing some digital orders during the solstice savings event. I was going to order GURPS Thaumatology, however when I went to the product site, it told me I already had the order in my library. I've also found two other books so far that has the same situation. I reviewed my downloads, but couldn't find them. It may be a situation where I had ordered them from the old website.


I'm not sure either way. Has anyone encountered this before and if so, what was the resolution?

As an aside, a recommendation I would make for the new Warehouse 23 is to make it easier to search your library. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't really search my library or orders.

Go to https://warehouse23.com/account
(log in first, ideally)
Look at the lower left corner for the button reading "View Downloads."
Click "View Downloads."

That will give you a list of all the files WH23 thinks you have, in alphabetical order, searchable with a standard "find" command from your browser.

(Edit: Yeah, it took me a while to find the button as well. The orders are all big over at the right column of the page, but they are a RED HERRING.)
