Skill Enhancement Only isn't relevant here. This is for things using Abilities Enhancing Skills that only just do that. For example if you had weak Clinging that only gave a bonus to Climbing, or Flight that only lightens you enough to boost Acrobatics etc.
One Skill Only is relevant, at least for TbAM (WM already has a built-in discount for smaller classes of weapons). |
