Nope, that's not the Mauser round. Those stats are for the dimensionally identical Tokarev version. I have seen quotes that the T-33 gets an extra 100 fps over the C-96 from a shorter barrel with its' hotter ammo. HT doesn't seem to agree and I don't fight with HANS any more about his research. :)
the table on HT p.101 is quite plain that the C96 is 3D-1 and I don't believe Adventure Guns or Pulp Guns change that.
