turrets and higher powered weapons

Do any of the Car Wars expansion decks include turrets and rules for turrets? Back in Car Wars 4th ed, I always designed cars with a turreted weapon. It helped keep the build cost down.

Which, if any card expansion contains weapons mightier than the Devastator (costs 8) and the Hellfire (costs 7)?

There aren't any weapons costing more than eight points. There are other eight point weapons scattered around most of the other sets, with most of them having one:
Minigun (Armory)
Linked Hammerheads (Linked Weapons)
Dreadnaught (Miniatures 1)
Solid State Laser (Miniatures 2)
Shockwave Cannon (Miniatures 3)
Plasma Cannon (Miniatures 4)
Turreted Heavy Rocket (Uncle Al's)

Seven point weapons are similarly scattered about.

There are turreted weapons. They are split between the Armory, Linked Weapons, and Uncle Al's sets.
