It's.... too heavy and she needs the support afforded by the string...?

Nah, I got nothing.

After the last 3 posts the only thing going through my mind is a possible filk of the song from ANNIE done as "Its a hard Nock life..."

Hmm... the references; Mike's, Beth's, and yours; make me think of an old TOaD ditty... "Nock Three Times" *ig*

I know next to nothing about archery. The one thing I do know is that you have to rotate your forearm so you don't scrape it off when you're stupid enough to let a 100lb pull compound bow loose.

Ow. Yeah, more brawn than brains.

Seriously, I was just checking some textures, I just went with the pre-packaged poses.

Another texture test, so hey, why not have it be a scantily-clad angel with a sword?

Seriously, though, I don't make the outfits, I just use them.

I can see these being great for Supers and anime-type games.

Another vote here for bigger models, though. I doubt half these girls could lift those weapons, let alone swing them effectively.

(I know it's not your doing, by the way, I'm just sounding off).

Well, if we're going to be good critics, we should say that some of it is his doing, after all the items are scalable, so when he makes a character of a certain size, he can also make that character's items to the correct scale instead of leaving them badly sized.

Though if he's going for that bad anime item proportion which seems to be the current default these days, he's hit it.

Ze' is mostly correct. The items are scalable. However, once you scale them, it tends to throw their parenting off. Parenting is how you get something to sit on what it's supposed to sit on. With simpler pictures, it's not that big a deal, and I probably could have scaled that sword (you should have seen the glaive I wanted to give her, that was vetoed by MonkeyFist) down a bit. But, it was just a texture test.

Also (maybe I should have edited, but I'm tired and doing this from my pda), most of my games are supers or over-the-top games.

As my players have been good, they get to meet Mr. Fleshy next session. Hopefully, he'll scare them. Or at least dismember someone.
