Question: HP vs Health
(I couldn't find the original blog post anywhere)
A forum friend of mine once linked me to a blog post where they compared HT increases with equivalent increases of HP. I thought that this concept made lesser zombies and other "fodder" monsters much easier to stat, since they'd have a certain amount of HP to be dead instead of a HT roll. Does anyone know about what I'm talking about? |

Re: Question: HP vs Health
They might be confused with 3e where HP were derived from HT.
Otoh, most zombies are written up with Fragile (Unnatural) so there are no Death rolls; or more accurately, they always fail.

Re: Question: HP vs Health
I only gave that link a cursory look. But it seems to ignore a very important factor of HP. You're not likely to stay conscious for long when negative regardless of Ht. Also that slow down at 1/3 HP can be killer if you're trying to stay ahead of certain death threats.
If you're alone, then great Health is less important as once you're down, you are dead.
