Gadget: "Super Hero Team Phone"?

Super hero teams often have a cool communication device, one that works pretty much anywhere on the planet--even outside the atmosphere (for super-folk who fly around a lot) and in places where nobody gets reception, like the middle of a desert, in a cave, in China.

What would a device like this--essentially a superhero equivalent of a satellite phone--cost in character points? I'm curious.

In 99% of cases, it's an Accessory Perk. For the other 1%, it's Mind Link with a rather long list of limitations, including Gadget.

I made it a 1-point perk for players that wanted a "Super Phone", it wasn't something to break the game, and when I needed it not work for the story I could. But or a point they nearly always had it charged and had a signal. No nuisance rolls, standard operating procedure, all perk level things that seemed to cover it.
