Axe Star Energy Drink

When this card refers to Axe Cop being in the game, does it mean specifically somebody using the Axe Cop bookmark to become Axe Cop, or does somebody having Axe Power and Cop Class though normal cards count?

The one time I played this, I ended up having Axe Power and Cop Class, and the when the Axe Star Energy Drink surfaced, I wondered if I counted as Axe Cop.

If you have the Axe Power and the Cop class, you're Axe Cop. Or, at least, an Axe Cop, so you'd get the better benefits of Axe Star Energy Drink.
