Since CREATE( object or condition) is a basic spell in so many collages, CREATE PLEASURE would obviously be the first or second Nefada spell. It would tend to be somewhat random.

I forget the decan of corruption and decay but it would also tend to destroy most practitioners that tried to tap it. Likewise the decan of madness.

Ecstasy is a spell (p. M139). Mind Control college, Very Hard, prerequisite count 4, requires Magery 2. and there are specific rules getting addicted to it (if you are subjected to it three times in ten days, make a Will+2 roll or gain an addiction; if you succeed, repeat this roll again every time you are subjected to the spell until five days pass without being subjected to the spell.)
