tmedwards: when i get boosted reflexes from cybernetic datafile, i get +4 conditional bonus to basic speed (it should be 4 levels of 0.25, or +1). its just awkward to see +4 instead +1

I would actually consider that a bug of the data files, not the character sheet.

Extra Basic Speed normally gives +0.25/level to Basic Speed. When switched to a Conditional Bonus via the modifier it is instead giving a conditional +1/level to Basic Speed. The Conditional modifier needs to be changed, in the Basic Set and in the Ultra-Tech data files (and in your own data files, if you have compiled a separate cybernetics file).

tmedwards, my color ink cartridge recently expired (goes to show how much I use it, that it was 3 years past it's expiration date) and now I only have access to magenta ink. Since grey is made with all 3 color inks, this results in every non B&W element appearing as a shade of pink. Could it be possible to have a fully monochrome version of Phoenix?

You mean fully B&W, I take it? This probably isn't going to give you what you want, unless you don't mind having to turn off shading. You can change the shading and text colors, and turn shading off, via the sheet options, under the Font & Styling Options. Anything I could do sheet-wise would be equivalent to changing those options.

A better option would be to set your printer to black only printing, if you can. I'm not sure exactly how you'd do that, not knowing your printer, but looking under your print settings and/or printing defaults would be a good place to start. I have a CcMmYK printer and this is what I do when I either don't need to print in color or I start to run low on, or out of, one or more of the non-black inks. The reason this would be better is because your printer should be able to print greys in black only mode via halftone, so you effectively get a greyscale printout but only use black ink.
