Kyeok Sul Do? (North korea martial arts style)

Hi, I'm not that strong in Martial arts styles.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the Kyeok Sul Do martial arts style used among others by the North korean army: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyeok_Sul_Do

I mean set up the same way as the other styles from the Martial arts book.


Base on the link I'm guessing:
Skills: Karate. Karate (sports). Shortsword. Knife.

I am unsure about the rest. I'm guessing it leans on Tae Kwon Do? But with more punching?

I am also interested in suggestions to cinematic skills, techniques and perks, if someone knows more about this style.
