You'd probably need to add "Based on Will."
Heh, I'm using a slightly nerfed "Last Gasp" for my deadlands game. Early on, the Shaman lost 6 Fatigue due to a failed Fright Check. He spent the next 5 or 6 sessions with long-term fatigue loss.

Hmmm. Long-Term Fatigue Loss from mental effects. Hmmmmm.....

How long were these sessions... in world?

I think they spent about 48 hours from the time he first hit severe fatigue to getting rid of all of it. 24 hours were spent resting in one go before they entered what amounted to a dungeon and another 16-ish before they had anywhere safe enough to rest again.

I don't think adrenaline shock from a fright check realistically lasts that long...
