Bullet Time's interaction with ATR?
"Each level of Altered Time Rate lets you take one additional maneuver on your turn" (p. B38).
"Entering Bullet Time gives the hero one turn to do anything that he could do with a normal turn" (Gun Fu, p. 14). So ATR means an extra maneuver per turn, and Bullet Time by the RAW text gives an extra out-of-turn turn. Am I to read this to mean that if you enter Bullet Time (spend your [3] to do so), you can make as many maneuvers as you would on a regular (non-bullet-time) turn, based on your levels of ATR (or, for that matter, DTR)?

By the sounds of it, yes you get an extra action for each level of ATR.
DTR doesn't effect your turn, only when you get it, so it wouldn't effect Bullet time at all. |
