After Dungeon Fantasy Treasure Tables, Clerics, Summoners and Taverns, seemingly there are no further news about any other Dungeon Fantasy installment.

I think I've read something related to a "bestiary" in Kromm's journal, but I'm not sure at all, and there wasn't specific information.

So, someone knows about any future Dungeon Fantasy release?

It's very, very vague. A GURPS bestiary was taken off of the wish list during the last revision because an open call for submissions wasn't bringing in anything useful. There's still intent to do something bestiary-ish, but not through that particular avenue. At no point have I seen anyone in a position to know make a public statement that such a thing is actually under way, nor have I seen any specific reference to DF.
