Non-Usable Items
I am confused about how you play out a scenario where you have multiple monsters, and one of those has a special effect.
For example, the Moon Maidens and another monster. If you cannot use weapons to fight the Moon Maidens but you can use them to fight the other monster, does the bonus count.

Re: Non-Usable Items
Helow! Please can say the text of the monster? Is in some expansion of Munchkin? wich one?
We play that works the "power" with + restriction. I say, if monster is inmune to fire attacks and there are other monster that no, we play that both are inmune to fire attacks But i am very interested in the official answer. Good luck Herps4me Last edited by orangesjull; 09-05-2015 at 01:33 PM. |

Re: Non-Usable Items
That scenario is the exact same question I had. To word it better, if one monster is immune to your weapons, are both immune to them? So would your weapons count on that fight?
Thanks to orangesjull and thanks in advance for the answer.

Re: Non-Usable Items
Monsters fight as a group, so any affect for one is carried over. For example, when the moon maidens are in a fight, no munchkin gets any bonus for anything requiring hand(s), regardless of the other monsters in the battle. For things that are immune to fire/flame attacks combined with something that is weak to them (which is usually done by doubling the bonus) the monster immune sets the bonus to zero so regardless of what order you apply them in, for/flame items give no bonus.

Re: Non-Usable Items
This and many other questions are covered in the Munchkin FAQ, which is required reading for all Munchkin fans (even if they don't know it yet).
Short answer: Any immunity or weakness possessed by one monster is carried over to all.

Re: Non-Usable Items
I am sorry. I still with out understand this situation. I read the FAQ but the translator dosenīt good work :P
So...if a monster is inmune to fire attack and the other monster suffers double damage vs fire attack, what happens? Both are inmune or both suffers the double damage.? |

Re: Non-Usable Items
In that case, all fire/flame Items have a bonus equal to zero, which is then doubled, so it is still zero.
