Yes. She can see in the dark extremely well (Night Vision 9).

I also had this idea, but if the enemy can also see in the dark and given she cannot fight, we are risking more than we can win.

Making sure there is at least 1 yard of spacing, I suggest we march with a line 2 elementals.

Then Vic and Bain.
Then Gathika and Telrith.
And then Mihrimah and the other elemental (the one that often help us with the cart).

Mihrimah can hold the torch ("lightstick"), for now.
