I thought for sure you guys would make the rolls to notice the theft, or notice the false gold, or sense the curse.
I figured Gathika's skill rolls would make you guys check everything to see what was cursed, and that would expose everything wrong before you guys got back to the Keep. The copper coins' curse inflicts +6 to random encounter chance, +6 to detect with magic, and a -3 to death checks. Somebody stole 300 gold coins. The remaining gold coins are 20% fake. I believe you started with 414 in the secret room chest?
