I read quickly through, I apologize if I am not adding anytging relevant.
I think that in campaign creation you need, as limiting as it may sound, define your reference society (see Social Engineering) to define which advantages represent what. Is the campaign focus the single clan/nomadic group, or more globally all the groups living in a given area, with some inter-tribe contact? Are these completely alien to each other or do they share common values and mutually recognize social prestige? Is a tribe the center of the social world of an individual, or is it an organization in the campaign world? |
