I did an adaptation of Schlock Mercenary to Toon once, but it was not a great success.

That website has been there for the better part of two decades as you can tell by the old-style ISBN among other things. Might want to update the Warehouse 23 link to the current incarnation and Munchkin Girl Genius.

Kromm says he is editing. So it isn't crazy to say this book might be out by next Christmas. Jumping the gun, maybe, but not crazy.

Extrapolating forward based on length of time already spent in development... I see it coming out in 2025 (no judgement on Kromm's ability, more the curse that has kept delaying for so long).

That's great! But why is this information on a livejournal page, as opposed to... maybe... an update on the official page for the book? I mean seriously, I've been searching this website for an hour, before I finally found this post. That's kind of ridiculous.

But like I said, I am glad there is at least some forward momentum on the game.
