Well, personal power was all he was interested in, and when he uncovered high-level commercial corruption, he was going straigh for the "cut me in or else" route. Mass hysteria, blaming foreigners andf minoritries for everyting, and so on were definitely on the agenda. It was a deliberate Hitler pastiche, intended to shock players who actually didn't figure it out.

I had a Siak Protocol droid in a WEG Star Wars game...he hated organic life because they had a wider range of free choice, for instance, he couldn't harm anyone due to hard-wired constraints having been programmed in. So, he just convinced one of the other characters to carry out his evilness, one session he convinced the PC to torture a Rodian spy with his own shoe to get information out of him, then electricity was used, etc...He was eventually spaced when he was nothing but a gibbering wreck.

The player was a bit uncomfortable wit what we had ended up doing that session...And after that incident, the GM flat out told me that poor, maligned, misunderstood SL8 would never be able to clear out the programming that prevented him from harming others... :(

I once played in a Gamma World game that eventually became a dimension-hopping game in a stolen jump ship.

My character was the schemer and plotter, responsible for actually having a plan when we opened up cans of whoopass.

So, I miss one session. I find out that the other players had decided to torture an NPC we had captured for information. Their characters rushed into his cell and everyone started to talk at once. They had to top whatever the other characters were doing.

One hit him in the face. One started breaking his fingers. One cut of his ear. Then another poured gasoline over him. Then another started to cut of his broken fingers with a wire clipper.

After a seemingly endless period of horrifying torture, one of the players asks the GM: "So, what does he tell us?"

The GM, quite reasonably, says: "You haven't asked him any questions."

Cue everyone looking at each other and a chorus of accusing: "I thought you were going to handle the questions!"

Long story short, the prisoner died without ever knowing why he was being tortured. And I was forbidden from missing any more sessions, seeing as my character was the only sane man.
