Default Wounding Modifiers and Injury Tolerance (unliving)

From:
  • Injury Tolerance (p. 61)
  • Wounding Modifiers and Injury (p.379)
  • Injury to Unliving, Homogenous, and Diffuse Targets (p.380)

burn, cor, cr, fat, pi, tox   x 1.0        x 1/3 (~0.3)
cut, pi+                      x 1.5        x 1/2 (=0.5)
imp, pi++                     x 2.0        x 1.0
Page 380 talks only about piercing and impaling, nothing about burn, cor, cr, fat, tox and cut. Should I consider that these Unliving modifiers doesn't affect these other damage types?

My vampire hitted by an axe, will suffer cut x1.5 or x1/2?

Second issue: does Unliving includes No Blood and No Vitals? Or should I buy them separately?

Correct, unliving only applies to piercing and impaling, and the vampire will take x1.5.

For this you need to go back to p.61 of Characters where you will see that
Homogenous includes those two traits but Unliving does not. Many Unliving targets will have these additional Traits but not all. So you do need to buy them separately.
