Trigger: eat someone's heart

According to a nomadic tribe, they can gain luck by eating the heart of a worthy enemy. So that's one Destiny Point (Power-Ups 5) with the Trigger limitation - but how much of a limitation is it? A worthy enemy is one who is a serious threat to you if fought one-on-one. I'm inclined to go with -40% but I want to hear the hive mind's thoughts.

I'm ready to overrule that. This shouldn't cost more than a normal Destiny Point.
