Munchkin Quest vs Munchkin Dungeon

Has anybody played both games?

I got into Quest when it first came out, and have remained fond of it ever since. I learned about MKD late (missed the KS), and am considering buying it.

I have a fairly solid grasp of the mechanical differences (I have read the rules). But I want to hear about more qualitative impressions, specifically from people who have also played (and enjoy) MQ.

What do you think MKD does better than MQ? What do you like better about MQ? In what ways does the play feel different? Do you think it is worth owning both; and do you find they both make it to the table?
