Others have mentioned this. We need more dice for Munchkin Dungeon. Will those become available to purchase soon? Or will CMON have to do that?

People on third party sites, I won't say where, E b a y, are price gouging dice from kickstarter sets and I refuse to pay their prices. Call me cheap.

The dice packs CMON made were limited run Kickstarter exclusive items. CMON occasionally sells left over KS items such as dice packs at conventions but it's hit or miss. There was a lot of talk in the comments section of KS about the dice and it's pretty much been said they won't be made again so your only options are Ebay, luck out and find a online retailer that backed the KS and stills has some, or go to a convention and hope CMON still has some.
