New Limitation Mod: Progressively more difficult

This is for limitations like "requires [Attribute] roll" or "Unreliable". Each successful attempt gives you -1 to further attempts for the next 24 hours. So if my ability normally requires an IQ roll and I have successfully activated the ability three times within the last 24 hours I roll at IQ-3.

What do you think? Worth another -5% or -10%?

Increased Immunity from GURPS Psionic Powers (p. 20) seems closest to this. A cumulative penalty of -2 per in-game day is probably the place to start. That's worth -20%.
