Usually, I copy the pictures onto my thumbdrive and bring them up on my laptop screen and show it to the party. If it's something that I'm going to be refering to a lot, I'll print it out and hand it around.

When I'm done, I'll probably print all of these pictures and put them in a binder so people can refer to it and see where their characters have been living.

However, printing the color images for the binder surely is a bit expensive... Doesn't matter if you and your players can afford it, however.

I have unrestricted access to a networked high-end color copier at work. I'm it's admin. As long as I don't interrupt business flow at work, I'm free to use it.

I think you're supposed to straddle them when facing the table...

But it should probably look a bit like this chair if it's supposed to be comfortable and high tech foldable:

That'd likely include a foldable back and foldable legs on each side of the desk.

Yes, you are supposed to straddle them.
No, they're not supposed to be comfortable.
The black patch is a cushion designed to give a little comfort. It's designed to be functional, not comfortable. I'm sure, after a few years, the inhabitants will create their own chairs and put them there. Remember, lowest bidder and all that rot.

My other idea was a swing-out bench seat, so it was more like a park table.

If you use the foldable leg with the foldable backed seat, you could get something like the link I posted, and it'd all fold flat like the uncomfortable seat you had. Only an extra $14.99 for the leg and & $9.99 for the back from you local Sombra Enterprises dealer.

Yeah, but these are made by government contractors. If they're not spending $1499.99 on a horribly over-priced, over-designed piece of junk they're not happy.

I like your seat, I'll have to see if MonkeyFist can design one for me. It'll just be in the "Gold Survivor Membership" apartment, not these "Silver Survivor Membership" cells.
