Just like the other guys up in the thread, I was referring to the needs of allies, shapeshifting, etc., not to the supposed encounter difficulty.
Actually, I don't care about those abilities myself, since they show up very rarely in my games.

The First thing I look up at in a stat block or write-up is the level for the primary combat skill, not cps total.
And I have to admit my childish pleasure in reading combat skills over 20. I know, I'm the GM so I'm entitled to fudge rolls, freely adjust levels and everything, but still...
