Totally Uncontrollable, Only Willing, Reflexive Only?

Is there any RAW way to have an advantage that works like it has Uncontrollable, except that the character gets no Will roll? Also, any way to have that Will roll be a self-control number (as with disadvantages)? I'm thinking it might be possible to do a Totally Uncontrollable but I don't know how, and I'm almost 100% certain you can't replace the Will roll with a self-control number.

Also, how would you modify an ability that normally gets a resistance roll, such that it won't ever work if the target would choose to or can resist?

And finally, how would you go a Reflexive Only? I thought maybe it would be a +0%.

I know some of those (maybe all) things can't be done RAW, just looking for possible semi-RAW ways, or, barring that, suggestions. Thanks!
