Powered Pogo Sticks.

A cheap, simple and effective way to give militia +1 movement. [They get the road bonus too.]

Doesn't work in swamps.

Militia can't fire while hopping.

When moving Militia gain a defensive bonus similar to INF. [The more there are, the harder they are to hit.]

This has nothing to do with electronics, it's just that the sight of twenty or thirty men hopping in formation has a predictable effect on their enemies' ability to aim...

If anyone can suggest some suitable figures, I'll be very grateful.
