Wheelie compatiblity

Is the Wheelie from expatiation set 10 compatible with the rules from the classic box set? I have the PDF but don't want to print if its not usable.

There are two versions of the Wheelie in the pdf. One work with the 1st edition Compendium and the Pocket Box version of the game (plus the original black and white Deluxe Car Wars book). The second works with the 2nd Edition Compendium and the "Classic" Car Wars box (which is a subset of the 2nd edition Compendium rules).

(I know the details on this as I provided the original scans that are in the pdf and helped make the 2nd version of the Wheelie which works with the later versions of the game).
