Hearing-Based Mind Control during battle
I'm a little lost on Hearing-Based abilities during battle. I would assume that, during a battle, there is a good chance that someone will not be heard when using a hearing based ability, but I'm having trouble finding any rules on how to tell if something is heard during battle vs not in battle.
I would assume it would go like this. Activate mind control, which means the person you are attempting to control need to be able to hear you. They roll vs hearing. If they hear you, roll your IQ vs their Will. If they fail, they are controlled. Is this correct? Is there any info about hearing someone during battle somewhere I missed? |

Many helmets give Hard of Hearing. Shooting is Loud might apply if you are using those rules as well as Situational Awareness.
