Default [Powers] universal Terrain Adaptation

How do I build an ability that gives me Terrain Adaptation for all possible forms of terrain?

Terrain Adaptation cost 5 points for "one particular type of unstable terrain" plus normal solid ground.

Rapid Terrain Adaptation
After a second in any new terrain, you can automatically adapt to it along with solid ground.

Statistics: Cosmic Modular 5 (Terrain Adaptation only (5 point type), -50%; Physical Advantages only, +50%; PM, -10%) [45]

And if you want to be a munchkin and have it be for only 1 type of terrain at a time instead of 1 type plus solid ground:

Statistics: Cosmic Modular 1 (Terrain Adaptation only (0 point type), -50%; Physical Advantages only, +50%; PM, -10%) [9]

EDIT:: Ninja'd

Ok, I appreciate the responses. I don’t get why Active makes this cost as much as Walk on Air, which is strictly better. Maybe I should try the “munchkin” version...

It's cheaper than ye olde standard "multiply the cost by ten to cover possible instance".

I think baseline Terrain Adaption is overpriced at 5 points. Maybe 2 points for Terrain Adaption and Active +400% meaning all forms is 10 points?

My problem may have as much to do with Flight/Walk on Air being underpriced for how awesome they are. Terrain Adaptation in a world without Flight is only underpriced if terrain penalties are fairly rare.

Maybe... if all the penalties associated with Poor Terrain are in play semi-frequently, then 5 points might be on par.

Of you're just throwing the combat penalties at the PCs, then the Sure Footed Perk is the proper route.
