Here is a revision of some previously posted rules on alcohol, drinking, intoxication, and after effects. This version adds detail where needed while simplifying some complexities. It includes different strength drinks, spiked drinks, staggering, slurred speech, vomiting, sobering up, hangovers, alcoholism, and more.

First I will list the dice-rolling mechanics and then the text explanation. By the way, I hope you get the movie references embedded in the subheads.
