Lots of supply and logistics, I am not sure what is packed into Submariner. But there are lots of general military and maritime procedures I would think that would be part of crewing a vessel.

Probably some basic health, swimming, phobia restrictions, mental wellness / fitness limits and so forth ... you know best of the best and all that.
