On a different tangent: did we yet point to to another piece of proof of His superior greatness: namely, that He doesn´t provide His faithful with just a single holy book or set of holy writings, but instead shows and demonstrates His concern for us and our well-being by repeatedly updating His Holy Books and giving us new Editions of the Laws of Reality ? We will not be forced to live under the same rules for centuries, millenia and aeons, and have to find out what the ancients meant with a certain phrase no living being has used for a very long time, instead we will always have Paris - oops, sorry - always have the most modern and relevant and up-to-date and state-of-the-art rules. And even more, He is also continously appointing semi-divine sub-prophets (AKA as "authors") to provide us with additional Holy Books to cover specific parts of Reality.

Indeed. And there is a great lesson in this for all of us. Truly, KROMM could easily have created the perfect set of rules instantly but he wished to teach us patience and that while we may always search for perfection, it is ever beyond the grasp of mortals.

Just a reminder for those who care - on Monday I'll be sorting out the Kromm Birthday donations from the rest of the department money. If you wanted to make a donation but haven't, this weekend is the last chance.

In other news, I heard that Kromm had the surgeon replace his gall stones with *tiny* d6's, so his insides will also be able to enjoy the glory of GURPS, and not go into revolt again.

OTOH, we had quite a bit of rain in germany, and less blue sky than appropriate for summer. Obviously the Forces of Evil are up to no good, and are aiming at australia and germany. As we are (roughly) at opposite sides of the earth, their Evil plan presumably is of a global nature. Maybe some good-hearted people could, just by coincidence, meet in some tavern and decide to do something about this ? For the greater glory of Him ?
