Options:
1) We enter the security section/armory area and hunt there.
2) We attempt to gain entry to the officer's mess area near Floor 11F and hunt there. I imagine that it uses a keypad entry like the security section
3) We go hunting in the medical area. Doctors would be officers, I think.

I'd say 1) or 3). Turning more of the security personnel could help with access to the armoury, on the other hand getting the doctors on our side could also be helpful. If we can turn some security, officers, and doctors, perhaps we could get a coup going.
