Fixing Force Field

Is there a way to have the "Force Field" modifier, for Damage Resistance change the locations from "Skin" to "All" automatically instead of us having to go in to fix it manually.

(Additionally, Pitiable only gives a +1 to Panhandling, but per the skill description modifiers on p.212, it should be a +3.)

I've updated the Force Field modifier to include this change. And updated Pitiable as well.

They will be available the next time I push an update to the Core Books.
