I think so. Though I'd think it should be one of TBaM or WM. Not sure about the AutoHypnosis requirement, I probably wouldn't insist on it.

I'd give it defaults to Body Control and Meditation, as well as Autohypnosis, as it's the same kind of thing.
Could different aspects be broken out as Techniques?

Sure, I don't see why not. None of them are currently penalized, though.
I would probably require Technique Mastery to improve the Resist Knockdown and Ignore Failed Unconsciousness Rolls effects, but I could see allowing someone to buy Recover from Physical Stun and Roll to use Extra Effort effects up to Skill +4 without breaking the game any.
