SEALs Templates from SEALs in Vietnam Verus Special ops 3E

I just purchased Special Ops 3E and am planning on updating the stats to 4E.


I was just wondering if the difference in IQ and DX between the SEALs in Vietnam and Special Ops 3E SEALs templates is mostly due to different requirements for Vietnam/modern era SEALs, a result of more research or because of the transition from 3E to 4E?

Would anyone have any ideas?

I'd say that it's due to the transition.

I suspect that too which would give me a pretty easy rule of thumb to apply to each of the templates.
