Peter will head over to the spot on the other side of the wall and send his Karana bugs over the wall and see if he can find her!

He is going to try and verify her location and then get back in touch the the authorities... he is hoping they will come find him here just as he has confirmed the cat girl's location.

Peter Burns his Mystic reserves to make a fly. The places matches his dream, he's sure of it now... but the shipping container with the girl is gone. He can see right were it is supposed to be.

Peter thinks to the schematics he's seen and try and determine the exit that would have been used if she was transported out. If it is very close, he will check to see if there is surveillance there.

After that, he will keep an eye out for what looks like the authorities while he makes his way back to where he exited the building where he talked to Lisa.

If he finds the cops, he gives a statement that he could see the cat girl in the crate. He was in the Dinosaur encloser and it was like 8 hours before he could get out to the gate, so she could have been shipped out from there at any time after that and they should check any public surveillance.

He can find the exit from the main building to the loading area, and he spots what he thinks is a camera.

He doesn't see any police activity... maybe they are already in?

There are no vehicles in this area aside from public transportation.

Peter gets the phone out again, and calls the police. This time, he meets with them. Two show up: a smallish man with the name tag "Ronan Powell" and an enormous woman with the tag "Carmen Decker".



"Do you want to go to the station to give your statement, or to do it here?"


When he brings up the catgirl in the crate, they calmly and ask for details about the crate without any urgency at all.



There is something very "Business as usual" about their manner, as they record what he says.



"Dispatch says you claim you have no identity and it will take a while to sort out. Do you agree to put your biometrics in our database? Can you give us a full name and parent's names?"

Peter agrees to share his biometrics on the condition his DNA isn't going to be used for any shenanigans like he's been seeing going on. He will supply his parents names and his other unbelievable personal information if asked.

They dutifully record the information.

Officer Decker: "That would be very illegal. We're here to stop things like that, not perpetrate them."

Officer Powell: "Do you have a place to stay, a way to eat, and all of that, or do we need to reach out to get you help?"

If he answers that he would like help, they will guide him onto public transportation to a tiny office next to the police department, where a rather surprised woman will go about arranging him room and board somewhere...

If he answers he wouldn't like the help, they will leave as calmly and unworried as when they showed up.

Peter is a bit surprised not to be taken onto some kind of custody, either as a witness or to go along with an investigation... but maybe the investigators are going to reach out when the beat cops were done taking his statements but Peter voices his concerns that if they do not act fast then they may be to too late, as they may be working to cover up their transgressions.

He will accept the help of setting a place to stay and whatever resources are offered for meeting his (and Goliath's) needs. As they seem to be so free to assist him, he points out that he has no possessions other than the clothes on his back. Peter is insistent regarding his need for a place to stay that will allow him to keep Goliath with him, of course.

It strikes him as odd that there is not an uproar when they don't find him in their systems, as he would expect they would have a pretty good idea of the census in a spinning can in space.

He is also noting the demeanor of the cops, and pays keen attention to people and the feel he gets for their emotional state, wondering if they are drugged or conditioned or what, and if it extends beyond these police. Did he notice any strange behavior with the mall workers?
